Postage & Returns
In order to save on precious resources we reuse packaging where ever possible.
Delivery Schedule FatoShop UK aim to process your order right away.
We will normally send your order to you the business day after we receive it. Your order should be with you within 3-5 working days for express deliveries in the UK. For delivery to european destinations outside the UK please allow 2-3 working days and for the rest of the World we aim to have your order with you within 7-10 working days, although this may vary with destination.
Tax Charges All Prices are inclusive of all taxes payable in The UK and European Union. For orders outside the European Union your own country may impose import duties which would be payable to your government when you receive your goods.
Credit Card Security we use a secure server to process your credit card information. Look out for the golden padlock on the ordering screen before you type in your card details. As an additional security device we ask for the security code, this is the last three digits printed on the signature strip on the back of your card. This does not form part of your credit card number. We also check that the address given is the registered cardholders address, please ensure that the address you give is the actual postal address.
FatoShop UK has a "no quibble" returns policy.
Provided that the goods you ordered are returned to us within 14 days from the date of receipt, any payment made for the goods in question will be refunded in full.
Our returns policy complies with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations brought forward by the European Union and laid out by the Department of Trade and Industry.
In order to keep FatoShop UK prices as low as possible we do not operate a free returns service and FatoShop UK is unable to refund the postage and packing cost. If you wish to exchange, we do not generally charge you postage on your exchange. (FatoShop UK only charge you for large, heavy items where the postage cost is significant, we would email you about this before charging you). In cases where the actual cost of shipping exceeds the shipping and handling costs charged then the actual cost of the shipping will be deducted from the order total.
Our liability is restricted to the cost of your purchase.
